Ordering

You can check out as a guest. You must be 18 or older to order. To change or cancel an order, email info@sextoysdeluxe.com. We accept iDEAL (Wero), Bancontact, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Discretion

Your order is packed in a plain box. The bank statement shows the neutral name MQX Store. We send the newsletter only when you opt in.

Shipping

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery takes 1-3 working days. Shipping costs €4.95, and is free from €50.

Returns and warranty

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For hygiene, opened intimate products can only be returned when they are faulty. Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years.

Products and care

Use a water-based lubricant. Clean toys with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Rechargeable toys charge by USB.
