Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days to return an order. Sealed and unopened products can be returned. For hygiene, opened intimate products are excluded unless they are faulty.

Email info@sextoysdeluxe.com with your order number, then send the parcel to Merqvix (SextoysDeluxe), Keizersgracht 4, 1015 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You pay the return costs.

Unopened products can be exchanged within 30 days. We refund the price within 14 days via the original payment method.
