1. Who we are

The shop is operated by Merqvix, Keizersgracht 4, 1015 CN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 72920424. VAT NL131445888B02. Email info@sextoysdeluxe.com. SextoysDeluxe is a brand of Merqvix.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use this shop and to buy these products.

3. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. A product is offered while it is shown as available in the shop.

4. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept the order and send the confirmation. We may refuse an order, for example when a product is no longer available or when the age requirement is not met.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown in the shop. The statement text is MQX Store.

6. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days after shipment.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Opened intimate products are excluded for hygiene where the law allows that exception. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the longer voluntary period.

8. Warranty

Statutory guarantee rights apply, together with the 2 years of care described on the Warranty page.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage that is our fault, within the limits set by Dutch law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring the product instructions.

10. Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

Email complaints to info@sextoysdeluxe.com. Merqvix is not affiliated with an alternative dispute resolution body. These terms comply with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence still applies.
