You have the statutory EU consumer guarantee. On top of that, SextoysDeluxe gives 2 years of care for defects in manufacturing, materials, the motor, electronics and charging, when the product is used normally.

The care period does not cover misuse, incompatible lubricants, normal wear, water damage on items that are not waterproof, or normal battery aging.
