2. Data we collect

We collect the details you give us for an order or an account: name, email address, delivery address, and your messages to customer service. Payment status comes from the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. If you opt in, we store your newsletter address. Server logs may contain your IP address and browser data.

3. Legal bases

Under the GDPR we rely on the contract (to deliver your order), a legal obligation (tax and accounting), legitimate interests (to keep the shop secure and to answer you), and consent (newsletter and analytics cookies).

4. Processors

We use mijn.host in the Netherlands for hosting, Mollie B.V. and Klarna for payments, PostNL for delivery, a fulfilment partner in the Netherlands, Google Analytics 4 when you consent, and Resend to send the newsletter.

5. Newsletter

The newsletter is discreet and is sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe in every message or by emailing info@sextoysdeluxe.com.

6. Cookies

Functional cookies are needed to run the shop, including the cart and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

7. Retention

Tax records are kept for 7 years. Support messages are kept for 2 years. Google Analytics 4 data is kept for 2 months.
